Dr. Bill Kendrick has devoted his entire career to practicing medicine in Northwest Arkansas for nearly 40 years. He was born and raised in Springdale, attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville for his undergraduate studies, and left college early to earn his medical doctorate at UAMS at the top of his class. Dr. Kendrick specializes in Family Practice, and he has extensive experience caring for patients of all ages. In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Kendrick is a committed Christian. He is a family man deeply invested in his wife and the families of his adult children. His hobbies include mentoring men in spiritual growth, building and landscaping projects, and traveling with family and friends. Dr. Kendrick brings humor and compassion to the exam room, and he lives by the belief that quality relationships form the basis of meaningful change and whole-person health.

Dr. Rex Porte earned his medical degree from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine in New York, N.Y. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Area Health Education Centers – Northwest. Dr. Porte grew up in Rhode Island and lived in New York as he completed his Medical Studies in the City. He favors the big city life but welcomes a growing city like Fayetteville, AR. He enjoys traveling, beach life, seasons, holidays, fishing, family/friends, movies, playing sports (basketball / football), and exercising.

F. Levi Hudson has been practicing in family medicine as a physician assistant in Northwest Arkansas since February 2014. In May 2011, Levi graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, earning a bachelor of science degree in Agriculture, Food and Life Sciences with a concentration in Dietetics. In December 2013, he earned a master of science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University in Searcy, AR. Levi became certified as a Physician Assistant in January 2014. His wife, Anna, is also a PA and practices family medicine in Northwest Arkansas. Levi enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to church, fishing, hunting, hiking and working on the farm.

Office staff:

The Shiloh Clinic office also includes receptionists as well as a referral coordinator, biller-coder, and patient population coordinator..
